Dear guests!

The BodeBude should be a second home for you. You should feel good and be able to rest. We've put a lot of effort into setting it up and we hope you'll find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the rooms properly, you will also help us in the future to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises.

 

General

If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, turn to us with confidence. All things that are in the rooms, bungalows or in the garden, or belong to them, may and should be used by the guests. 

Please be careful with the entire facility, the plantings and the inventory and treat everything with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with our house rules

kitchen

Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical equipment with care. Since nobody is happy about a dirty kitchen, please only put crockery, pots and cutlery in the cupboards if they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the table or worktop without a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a base when cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.

 

damage

No one intentionally breaks things, but breaking something can happen to anyone. We would be pleased if you would inform us of the damage or loss that has occurred, so that we don't have to wait until after you leave or during the final cleaning to determine this. The guest is liable for damage or loss in the amount of the replacement value.

airing

To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes, especially after showering.

 

due diligence

Please close all windows when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage from storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources should be used sparingly. When airing, please turn down the heating. Electronic consumers should be switched off when leaving the room.

 

disposal

The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available on the property (next to the garage, near the gate). Please only use rubbish bins and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with rubbish bags and dispose of them closed in the residual waste bin. No rubbish, leftovers, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasin and shower! Please avoid anything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene items in the toilet).

 

parking facilities

If you use the parking spaces on the BodeBude property, this does not result in a custody agreement. BodeBude is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles parked or maneuvered on or in front of the property and their contents.

Internet/Wi-Fi

Our guests can use the Internet with their own WiFi-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WiFi connection free of charge. You use the Internet at your own risk; BodeBude excludes any liability in connection with the guest's Internet use. For the use of Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed.

To the smokers

Smoking in the house and in our rooms is strictly prohibited. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, floors, bed linen, tablecloths, etc. means that we have to charge the guest for this at replacement value. We calculate upcoming cleaning costs (curtains, furniture, carpet, beds, etc.) due to the smell of smoke at 80 euros. If the room cannot be rented due to a strong smell of smoke despite cleaning, an additional night will be charged according to the price list. You can and may smoke in front of the house/bungalows or in the garden. Please use an ashtray and please do not throw butts on the floor.

pets

Bringing pets must always be agreed with us and is subject to an additional fee. We kindly ask you not to let your animal sleep in the bed, on the armchair or on the chairs in the accommodation. We are happy to give you a blanket for your darling.

key

Please never let the key out of your hand. Loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.

Liability

BodeBude is not liable for the guest's valuables.

 

Miscellaneous

Please store all your personal belongings in your room. Do not leave any clothes or shoes in the garden as we are not liable for soiling, loss or damage. Please coordinate the reception of visitors with us. The overnight stay of non-residents/unregistered persons is strictly prohibited. Weapons/explosives of any kind may not be brought onto the BodeBude property. 

 

Arrival and departure

Arrival is by arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the room/bungalow by 11 a.m. at the latest.

By booking accommodation in the BodeBude, we assume that the house rules will be accepted.
